A total of 208,000 SF of parking and roadway area was developed for the bus loop.

Unique Project Characteristics

This project crushed its timeline! From completely undeveloped site, to final product with more than 80,000 SF of asphalt pavement, over 100,000 SF of washed stone (18" depth), and lengths of curb exceeding 6,000 LF. This project also featured stormwater drainage pipe & structures.
