This 20+ Acre site involved Heavy Land Clearing! Right on Temple Terrace Highway, Alto broke ground at the very end of 2021 to clear the site for mass grading and preparation of the building pad. Alto organized import fill operations as well as exporting unsuitable materials from the jobsite. Site Development involved grading, underground utilities, crushed concrete road base, asphalt paving, concrete curbs and sidewalks. Because the site contractor is often the first and last trade on the jobsite, it is very important to partner up with the right one!
